The women of Chi Lambda are making plans for another fun charity auction, dinner and dance on April 2. All proceeds from the Chi Lambda Diamonds & Spurs Charity Auction will be used to fund grant requests from children’s charities in Fannin County.
The event will kick off at 6:30 pm at the Multi-purpose complex in Bonham. Brent Frailicks will be providing the entertainment. The evening will also include dinner (BYOB) and a silent and live auction.
Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Tickets are available from Chi Lambda members and at Hope Chest Collectibles, American Bank of Texas and Fannin Bank.
Last year’s grant recipients included Texoma Community Center (formerly MHMR), Bonham Public Library, Fannin Literacy Council, Ft English, Fannin County Fair, Fannin County Special Ed, Fannin County Headstart, Bonham ISD (all campuses), Fannin County Children’s Center (CASA & Children’s Advocacy Center), Creative Arts Center, NeTsEo Boys Scouts Pack 54, Christian Records for the Blind, Dodd City ISD 6th grade Sky Ranch trip, Ector City Park, Ector ISD-Beta Convention and Elementary Art Program, Bonham ISD Project Graduation, Morning Star Academy, Fannin County Special Olympics, Bonham All-Stars Playoffs 12U-2 teams and All-Stars Playoffs 10U team and Bonham Fire Department Christmas Toy Drive.
