Many thanks to everyone who bought tickets and tables! We sold out within 9 hours!! Looking forward to playing Bingo in April.

Reminder, there are no paper tickets this year, only names at the door. If you need to let us know the names for your table or make substitutions, kindly email barberfamily5@gmail.com to notify us of the changes.

Raffle tickets for the Louis Vuitton Purse and a Guided Striper Fishing Trip are still available. Drawing will be at the Bingo Event, but you do not need to be present to win.

 

Chi Lambda Designer Handbag Bingo

Sunday, April 14
at the Complex at 700 FM 87 in Bonham
Doors will open at 12:30 pm
Games will start at 2:00 pm.

  1. All tickets and tables will be sold online. Online ticket and table sales will start at 10:00 am on Friday, March 1. Online payment can be by credit or debit card, ACH, Apply Pay or Google Pay.
  2. You will not have to keep up with any paper tickets, as we will have a list of names at the door for check-in. When you purchase your tickets, you will give us the name(s) of the ticketholders. If plans later change, you can transfer your ticket to someone else, by emailing barberfamily5@gmail.com and include the names of who will no longer be coming and who will be taking their place.

3. There will only be 440 seats available in all. This is 40 more spots than the last few years.

4. IMPORTANT: This event has sold out the last few years, so we highly recommend that you make plans to purchase your tickets and/or tables when the online sales start on Friday, March 1 at 10:00 am.

5. TIPS ARE OPTIONAL – We will be using Zeffy.com, which is a free system for us to use. However, please note that there will be an OPTIONAL tip at the end of your transaction. All tips go to Zeffy and are the reason they can offer this service to nonprofits like us for free. Please know that you can choose to give the suggested amount, you can choose to change the amount of your tip or you can choose to leave no tip. The choice is yours.

6. Individual, open seating tickets will be $55 each.

7. Sponsorship levels, which include reserved tables, are listed below.

8. Admission price includes daubers, snacks, beverages and 12 rounds of Bingo, with two chances to win designer handbags for each round. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase extra cards, including cards for the Blackout round. Guests will also be able to purchase chances to win raffle items and door prizes and be able to bid on silent auction items at the event.

Sponsorship Levels

VIP Event Sponsor – $2000 – Limit 1

  • Two Reserved Tables for 16 people, at the front of the venue
  • Sponsor blackout round
  • Company logo or sponsor name on most all promotional materials
  • Company logo or sponsor name in the printed program
  • Verbal recognition at the beginning of the blackout round
  • At least three posts on Facebook
  • Special gifts on the table for the 16 guests
  • Speaking opportunity at the event (optional)
  • Opportunity to display a sign or banner at the event (optional)

Couture Sponsor – $1000 – Limit 12

  • One Reserved Table for 8 people
  • Sponsor handbag prizes for one of the 12 rounds of Bingo
  • Company logo or sponsor name in the printed program
  • Verbal recognition at the beginning of the round being sponsored
  • At least two posts on Facebook
  • Special gifts on the table for the 8 guests

Designer Sponsor – $600

  • One Reserved Table for 8 people
  • Company logo or sponsor name in the printed program
  • At least one post on Facebook

Individual, open seating tickets – $55 each
